That childhood memory stayed with her and eventually became the spark behind TaxHealer.

After completing her education, Priyanka joined ClearTax, one of India’s leading tax platforms, where she gained deep insights into the tax-tech landscape and understood how technology could simplify tax compliance. She later worked with Galaxo Infra Pvt. Ltd., managing large-scale financial operations and building cross-functional teams that delivered real impact.

But through it all, one question never left her mind: Why does tax filing have to be so expensive for ordinary Indians?

In 2021, Priyanka took the leap. Based between Agra and Greater Noida, she assembled a handpicked group of certified Chartered Accountants who shared her vision — professionals who believed in accuracy, efficiency, and above all, affordability. Together, they built TaxHealer from the ground up: a platform where a salaried employee could get their ITR filed by a real CA for as low as ₹499, roughly half of what established platforms charge.

Today, TaxHealer has filed over 10,000 returns, saved clients crores in taxes, and earned a 4.9-star Google rating. The team has grown from 5 CAs in a small office to a network of 100+ tax professionals serving clients across India — all while keeping prices at roughly 50% below market rates.
