• GST return filing and compliance
• TDS return filing
• Tax planning and optimization
• Tax notice response and representation
• CA consultation services

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information required for tax filing
• Submit all necessary documents in a timely manner
• Review the prepared tax return before authorizing submission
• Respond to queries from our team promptly to avoid delays
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including tax evasion
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. Accuracy of Information

While our CAs exercise professional diligence, the accuracy of your tax return depends on the completeness and truthfulness of the information you provide. TaxHealer is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you. You are ultimately responsible for the contents of your tax return as filed with the Income Tax Department.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST
• Payment is required before we begin processing your tax return
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price
• Additional charges may apply for complex cases requiring extra work, which will be communicated to you in advance

5. Filing Timeline

We strive to file returns within 24 hours of receiving complete documents. However, this timeline is indicative and may vary based on the complexity of your case, volume during peak filing season, and the responsiveness of the Income Tax portal. TaxHealer is not liable for delays caused by government systems or incomplete document submission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• TaxHealer’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for penalties or interest arising from incorrect information provided by you
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by the Income Tax Department’s e-filing portal
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, system outages) exempt us from liability

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the TaxHealer website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TaxHealer Private Limited and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide fraudulent information, engage in tax evasion, or abuse our services or staff. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though data retention provisions in our Privacy Policy continue to apply.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The courts of Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Modifications

TaxHealer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
