2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Tax returns that have been submitted to the Income Tax Department
  • CA consultation sessions that have been completed
  • Tax notice responses that have been submitted to authorities
  • GST returns that have been filed on the GST portal

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at refunds@taxhealer.com with your order ID and reason for refund
  • You can also call us at +91 98765 43210 or reach out via WhatsApp
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
Quick Tip: The sooner you request a refund, the higher the refund amount. If you’re unsure about proceeding, please contact us before we begin work on your filing to receive a full refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within the timeline mentioned in the table above
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, UPI, etc.)
  • Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated

5. Service Guarantee

If we make an error in your tax filing that results in a penalty or notice from the Income Tax Department, we will:

  • Rectify the error at no additional cost
  • File a revised return if needed, free of charge
  • Handle any resulting tax notice at no extra cost
  • Provide a full refund if the error cannot be rectified

6. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer at grievance@taxhealer.com. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 15 business days of escalation.
